Right to Know

Legal residents of the United States, including a person with a green card, may request a record under Pennsylvania’s Right to Know Law (RTK). RTK records requests may be made by: email, mail or in person. The request must be sufficiently specific to allow our office to identify what you are seeking. Please fill out the request form and return it to our Right-to-Know Officer at RTK@helpstopfraud.org. You may also fax the completed form to (717) 697-1013 or mail it to IFPA, 6 Kacey Court, Suite 101, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.

Go to openrecords.pa.gov for more information about your rights under the Right-to-Know Law or how to file an appeal with the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records.
